Jodhpur: The fresh leads have surfaced in the mysterious case of ANM Bhanwari Devi. The name of an individual, Shahbuddin, resident of Peepad has surfaced in the case. According to the reports, Shahbuddin had allegedly kidnapped the ANM in his vehicle. She was thereon handed over to a gang of Uttar Pradesh. The police are yet to arrest the individual so as to unveil the mastermind behind the crime.The police officials have also announced a reward for the information about Shahbuddin. They have also conducted a raid at his residence and his prominent hangout places. The police have also brought Ashok Mali to the city for interrogation after his arrest in Sikar. The police have stated that Ashok has revealed the name of his associates involved in the case. On the other hand, the contractor Sohan Lal, who was arrested in the case, will be presented before the court to extend the police remand till September 19.
The police, with fresh leads in the case, are yet to find a trace of the missing nurse.
