Who wanted Siddhu to reject R 7 cr offer from Bigg Boss?

Amritsar: Former Indian cricketer and Amritsar MP Navjot Singh Siddhu rejected the lucrative Rs 7 crore offer to participate in Bigg Boss season 5 on the advice of BJP national president Nitin Gadkari and senior party leader Arun Jaitley.

Siddhu said that he wanted to participate in the immensely popular reality TV show, however, he was advised by the BJP top brass not to do so.

Party comes first for me and I can not overlook the advice of such senior leaders, the flamboyant leader said.

Earlier, Siddhu had said that participating in any television show was his profession while politics was like a mission.
